Scheduling sex with your partner
doesn't sound glamorous, but is there some validity to it?
Do you think it helps or hurt a relationship to set aside 15 minutes twice per week to do stuff that turns you and your partner on—kissing, giving each other massages, or showering together.
It may sound silly, but if it means better sex, there's no point in complaining, right?

It does remove that ever exciting spontaneity but with most people living very busy lives these days, you have to do what you have to do to maintain the sexual bond in a relationship.
