I AM...

I am whatever YOU think I am until YOU get to KNOW me. This is true for everyone else too, of course.. so don't make assumptions about anyone or pass judgment; ask questions. You might just make a new friend.

‘DRAG RACE: ALL STARS 5’ JUST REVEALED MAJOR TWISTS & JUDGES

Ahead of RuPaul Drag Race season 12's finale episode, the franchise has released the latest news and first full trailer for All Stars 5 and boy is it a doozy. After teasing the suspension of All Stars rules in a prior clip, the show has laid it all out. But since there's so much packed into one announcement, here we've broken it all down.

Who are the judges?

Every season of Drag Race the judges — particularly the judge in the premiere episode — seems to get better and better. With the recent announcement, looks like we are still on that trajectory. Multiple Grammy award-winning artist, noted dad, and global superstar Ricky Martin will judge the season's first episode set to feature a reading mini-challenge and "Werq the World" variety show.

As the season goes on, expect to see Tessa Thompson, Madison Beer, Martyn Lawrence Bullard, Nicole Byer, Sarah Hyland, Tommy Dorfman, Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman, Bebe Rexha, Jane Krakowski, Sam Richardson, and Todrick Hall as guests.

RuPaul, Michelle Visage, Carson Kressley and Ross Matthews will return as regular judges.

Who is competing?

So there's actually two levels to this! On one hand, the competitors have already been announced. Mayhem Miller, Miz Cracker, Shea Coulee, Ongina, Mariah Balenciaga, India Ferrah, Jujubee, Alexis Mateo, Blair St. Clair, and Derrick Barry will all face-off for the crown. And while they will no doubt put up some fierce competition, there is another way of competitors that will also perform on the show. Welcome to the first of many twists.

What are the twists?

In a teaser, RuPaul announced the suspension of All Stars rules. Now it's been revealed that has multiple meanings. First up, according to a release, for this season lip syncs will be against the top queen and a secret lip sync assassin. If the top queen wins they get to send one of the bottom queens home and win a $10,000 tip. If they lose, the bottom queen will be chosen by a (second twist) secret group, and the $10,000 tip will roll over to the next week.

Out has reached out to Drag Race to clarify whether these unclaimed tips will add up week after week and whether the assasins win anything for their troubles.

When and where will it air?

Though it was originally announced to air on Showtime, All Stars season 5 will return to VH1 on Friday, June 5. Ahead of the premiere, there will be an All Stars marathon with episodes from every season beginning on May 30 at 6 a.m. on Logo. Directly ahead of the premiere Monet X Change and Trinity the Tuck will host a movie marathon of Legally Blonde27 Dresses, and The Devil Wears Prada on VH1.
