Mixed
martial artist and UFC light-heavyweight fighter Kyle
Kingsbury made a bold statement of support for marriage equality
during a pre-match weigh-in last weekend in San Jose.
The
bearded stud, a certified fireman who recently became engaged to his
girlfriend, took to the stage wearing a black T-shirt, blue shorts, a white
baseball cap, and an awkward-looking fanny pack.
Pretty soon, though, all of
those were off, leaving just Kingsbury's chiseled body and a pair of pink
briefs emblazoned with the phrase "Legalize Gay."
And
then, just to make sure the audience got the message, Kingsbury momentarily
bent over to show them.
Watch:
The fight itself didn't go very well for Kingsbury --
he lost, and retired from the sport afterwards. But hey, at least he can say he
went out with a bang!
