You had the best plans. You had it all written out in a notebook – all the workouts you would get done this week. And then there was the night you had to stay late at work, that morning you got delayed. So maybe you decided that next time you would stay an extra hour in the gym to make up for lost time.
What advice can you provide for persons that can’t get that workout in and don’t see the no use in punishing themselves just for that summer body?
