Every moment of every day, you are making choices that either support your well-being or negate it. Angry, judgmental thoughts cause negative feelings that create a low vibration. The law of attraction responds to your vibration. You can know what you are attracting into your life by how you feel. How you feel is your point of attraction, and what you are getting is always a vibrational match. It all begins with what you choose to focus your attention on. Shifting your focus from a negative thought to an uplifting, joyous thought will raise your vibration instantly and if you stay there for just a short while, you are now attracting from your Source Energy. From that place, you can attract joy, love, peace, prosperity, health and success. The joy of life is in knowing that you are in alignment with your highest good on every level of experience. We came forth to this physical plane to enjoy expressing our creativity, to take thought beyond where it has gone before, and to experience health, wealth and perfect self-_expression. As long as we think that outer circumstances are responsible for our unhappiness or our lack of money or our health, we have given our power over to that person, organization or thing to control us. The truth is, all creation comes from within, no one and no thing has the ability to create for us. Creation comes about through vibrational alignment. If we believe that there are limited resources, then we will fear not getting our share and we will live in lack. If we believe that ill health is unavoidable, then we will draw to us an experience of sickness. If we look at our past as evidence of our potential, then we will continue to do the same things, think the same thoughts and have the same outcomes.
Conversely, we have the option to transcend our past and thrive in the future by making different choices, up leveling our preferences, releasing resistance and viewing the world as a friendly environment for love, joy and peace. We can overcome illness by realizing that every cell has intelligence and will respond to our positive thoughts of wellness, wholeness and perfect health. If a diagnosis has taken us into despair, it is more difficult to hold a high vibrational thought. Just start where you are and begin to lift your thought energy by appreciating the parts of your body that are well.
Hold onto those thoughts until you can feel the difference in your energy. Turning this illness into wellness will depend on how long you have lived with the fear of this illness, how much you believe what others have said to you about the illness and how much you truly want to be well. In some cases we want illness, as it causes others to give us lots of attention and takes responsibility away from us.
When you decide you want to be responsible for your life, the universal forces all around you will respond with inspired guidance. You will feel the difference, the fear will be gone and you will âcknowledge that all is well. You can relax into that knowing and allow your Source Energy to work on your behalf. We do not do the work alone; we are co-creators with the intelligence of the universe. Make a choice for wellness. This choice will lift your vibration, which aligns you with well being. Underlying every illness is a mental and emotional cause. Eating the right foods and exercising is very important to good physical health, but even that will not overcome long held resentments, guilt or shame. Those lower vibrations are destructive currents of energy that attract illness. Let go of any resentment about self or another, forgive any pain or suffering from the past. This opens your heart to healing. Love and appreciate your body when it is well. Talk to your cells as they respond to the energy behind your thoughts. We are in charge of our physical health, not the doctor or the medication. They are there to relieve the symptoms while we align ourselves with the healing. Clear anything unlike love that is still in your consciousness. This is a critical step toward healing. We cannot raise our vibration until we clean out all anger, judgment, resentment, un-forgiveness and guilt. It is your choice to let go of past hurts and get on with life. Everything that has ever happened to you has brought you to where you are today. Give thanks for your current awareness, and know that this is the first day of the rest of your life. You are too important to allow old negative feelings to control your life.
