Those who exercise an equivalent of two hours of strenuous exercise per week also typically have higher sexual function and awareness. Here are a few benefits to hitting it hard in the gym and in the bedroom.

Lift, breathe, and sweat.

The more muscle you build, the more your calorie burn increases. It takes work and healthy eating to maintain healthy muscle development. Supplements can also aid in efficient muscle growth and heightened sexual function, however good old sweat from simply hitting the weights can make a guy feel like one sexy S.O.B. in and out of the gym.

It also takes the right energy to maintain a lean body and hard muscle.
