Deep love with another is possibly
the greatest meditation, but given that the quality and lasting experience of
that is so rare, being 'alone' while enjoying one or more meditations will

DeleteI try to do at least 20 minutes meditation every morning. It does have many benefits. The wound on my scalp from my recent fall is healing extraordinarily well and quickly! Everyone is commenting. I'm sure my regular meditation is helping.
ReplyDeleteI was meditating on a regular basis and had this asshole tell me that what I was doing was just being lazy. Some people just don't get it.
