I AM...

I am whatever YOU think I am until YOU get to KNOW me. This is true for everyone else too, of course.. so don't make assumptions about anyone or pass judgment; ask questions. You might just make a new friend.

6 LESSONS KANYE WEST TEACH US ANYTHING ABOUT HIGH SELF-ESTEEM

These days when you see Kanye West‘s name in the headlines you automatically expect a story about him throwing a temper tantrum at paparazzi, saying something politically incorrect in an interview or tabloid gossip about his girlfriend/reality star Kim Khardashian. It’s true that Kanye West’s antics often detract from the power of the things he is saying, but rest assured he’s saying something you should listen to. Regardless of your personal opinion of Kanye, these six lessons are important to take note of for any artist, minority, or person trying to overcome the odds and make a difference.

TODAY IS DO NOTHING DAY!

Nothing Day is quite simply... a day for nothing. This day is an "un-event". The expectation is that we do not create or otherwise promote this day. In other words, we do nothing. And, to say anything more would contradict the purpose of this day.

Celebrate this day by doing....nothing. Of course, that assumes that doing nothing is okay with your boss.

DIVER IAN MATOS, INSPIRED BY TOM DALEY, COMES OUT AS GAY

Brazilian diver Ian Matos has announced he is gay, saying he was inspired Tom Daley.

The top level diver says a friend told him to stay closeted until after the 2016 Summer Olympics.

Currently based in the Olympics host city Rio de Janiero, he told Correio: ‘From a young age, I knew I was gay, but it was here that I got to live my sexuality.’

Matos said the pressure of hiding his relationships, and avoiding going to gay nightclubs, proved to be too much stress.

He said he hoped coming out would not impact his ability to be a successful diver and not cost him any potential sponsorship.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Matos moved to Brazil to pursue his diving career.

After winning a bronze medal in a 2012 US event, he became Brazil’s 3-meter board champion in 2013.
